About the COMPANY

Crafting a Premium Fashion Brand for the Millennials of India.

Redd is a design-focused fashion brand. As “Less is more”, hence they believe in minimalism. Innovation and design from around the globe using popular culture and emerging trends or just cool words to provide consumers with a unique and more importantly a wow experience is their motto.


To provide an handcrafted experience to the customers.

The primary challenge was to provide the customers of the brand, a very personalized yet premium experience, from a single message received on their mobile about the order updates to the entire checkout experience on the web app. Every touchpoint of the user with the brand was supposed to give the customer a wow experience.


Considering the Fashion Industry, we wanted to make a very memorable and simple logo. The type-only look is a popular and timeless choice across industries, especially fashion and food.

Using a wordmark was a good decision as this is a new brand and the name of the brand needs to get out there.

Because of its simplicity, the redd logo is very easy for customers to understand and recollect.

Color is very important in branding and marketing because it is where first impressions of customers are based.

Support for all types of payments in the country.

The web application supports payments from over 58+ banks and 8+ mobile wallets including – Rupay, Mastercard, BHIM, Bharat QR, Visa, Paytm, American Express, Lazy Pay, Phonepe, Google Pay, Mobikwik, Airtel Money, Jio Money to name some. It also provides affordable EMI options.

At the final stage, nearly any cause for alarm can cause a customer to abandon their shopping cart. And this includes getting to the checkout page(s) and not recognizing the payment method, seeing any familiar logos, or even just getting a “weird” feeling.


AJAX boosts the performance of a web page.

The main purpose of Ajax is to improve the speed, performance, and usability of a web application.

A great use case here is with the ‘Wishlist’ and the ‘Add to Cart’ options which do the respective jobs when clicked without waiting for the page to refresh or reload.

This plays a major role in enhancing the user experiences of apps.

Responsive design helps to solve a lot of problems for your website. It makes the site mobile-friendly, improve the way it looks on devices with both large and small screens and increases the amount of time that visitors spend on your site. It can also help you improve your rankings in search engines.

A website not designed for all the screen types is inconsistent and difficult to use across the other screen sizes which results in potential customer loss.



61% say they are much more likely to repeat a purchase of a luxury product if it came in premium packaging.

These boxes were to be the first physical touchpoint for the customers after ordering their products. It was supposed to be eye-catching and interesting.

As Redd wanted to be perceived as a premium brand, so we chose to go with the corrugated boxes and not the plastic bags, also making it sustainable. 


Customers enjoyed the entire experience and Redd was successful in building a premium brand image.

As a result, their message was conveyed to their audience, which made them come back to Redd. This boosted sales and they were successful to build a huge loyal customer base, with customers wanting to pose with their products and packaging on their social media.
